750 mL • Love Red grapes are early harvested for fruitiness and acidity, fermented with native yeasts. Carignan, carbonic fermented, adds blue fruit notes; Syrah, Valdiguié, Mourvèdre, Petite Sirah, and Zinfandel, destemmed and fermented in open-top fermenters, add depth and brightness. Grenache Noir, also carbonic fermented, unifies the wine. Aging occurs in mainly neutral French oak and concrete tanks.
