750 mL • From one volcanic island to another. This orange wine is created by Dolores, a skilled viticulturist and matriarch of natural wine in the Canary Islands. The name “La Araucaria” comes from the iconic tree near her cellar where she began making wine nearly 10 years ago. With husband Pedro and a team of adept women, she crafts wines embodying Canary Island terroir. La Araucaria Blanco, sourced from "Hacienda Perdida" vineyards on Mount Teide, is a Listan Blanco gem. Hand-harvested and skin-macerated, it is aged on lees for 7 months, unfined, unfiltered, and sulfur-free. Each bottle sings of Dolores's passion and her dedication to pure, expressive winemaking.
